slightly more serious face of Veltliner from the Herzáns. The grapes come from organically cultivated vineyards in Kobylí and after spontaneous fermentation the wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels. In the aroma and taste, expect riper yellow fruit, apple, spices and a slightly creamy line from maturing in wood. With 13.5% alcohol, it has more body and structure than the younger 2025, but still maintains a dry and clean expression.
