Non Grata is an orange wine made from Pinot Gris, which in the 2024 vintage received even more pronounced maceration - the grapes spent 6 weeks on the skins. Unlike the previous vintage, Traminer is no longer in the blend, so this time the main word is Pinot Gris itself. In the aroma and taste, expect apricots, citrus peel, orange blossom, herbs and a slightly bitter line. The longer maceration adds nice structure and tannin, but there is still enough juiciness and freshness to make the wine drink well.

Dlúhé Grefty is a Moravian natural winery that focuses on organic and biodynamic practices, with minimal intervention in wine production. The winery is run by Jaroslav and Pavlína Tesařík, who have been farming 6 hectares of vineyards since 2008. The wine is made from local varieties, such as Neuburger, Riesling and Pinot Noir, and fermented with a minimum amount of sulfur. The winery respects nature and terroir, which is reflected in each bottle that tells a story about local traditions and honest work.

Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in oak barrels with minimal or no sulfur, depending on the vintage. All vineyards are certified organic and are grown on rugged land with diverse soils. The wines are fresh, light and fruity, without pronounced minerality, and reflect maximum respect for nature.
