Anna is a playful, naturally sparkling wine based primarily on Riesling with a smaller proportion of Sauvignon Blanc. In the glass, it feels fresh, lively and slightly cloudy. You'll find citrus, green apple, white flowers and a delicate herbal line. Thanks to natural fermentation in the bottle, its bubbles are more delicate and creamy than aggressive. Dry, juicy and dangerously easy to drink. This is a wine for pét-nat lovers, but it also works well as a ticket to the world of natural bubbles. It has enough character to be fun, and enough lightness to make the whole bottle disappear before you know it. The grapes come from the biodynamically managed vineyards of Krásná Hora. Fermentation occurs spontaneously on its own yeast, part of the wine spends time on the skins and the final fermentation takes place directly in the bottle.
