The winery is run by Jaroslav and Pavlína Tesařík, who have been farming 6 hectares of vineyards since 2008. The wine is made from local varieties, such as Neuburger, Riesling and Pinot Noir, and fermented with a minimum amount of sulfur. The winery respects nature and terroir, which is reflected in each bottle that tells a story about local traditions and honest work.
Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in oak barrels with minimal or no sulfur, depending on the vintage. All vineyards are certified organic and are grown on rugged land with diverse soils. The wines are fresh, light and fruity, without pronounced minerality, and reflect maximum respect for nature.
