Veltliner with an expression you will remember. Grapes from the Čtvrtě route, two different Austrian clones and a little contact with the skins – the result? A fuller and more concentrated Veltliner, which does not lose any of its elegance and freshness. Dominant acidity, great length and a pleasant structure thanks to several days of maceration. It matured in a large barrel and it is noticeable – the wine has depth, juiciness and nobility. Ota Ševčík from Bořetice has impressed his typical precision, respect for the vineyard and emphasis on naturalness into it, as in all his wines.

Ota Ševčík - a native of Bořetice, who made his first wine in 1992. He is one of the founders of the chartaAutentiste, which unites winemakers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia with the same opinion on environmentally friendly wine production. Ota farms 2 hectares in two vineyard areas: Kraví hora and Čtvrtě, which he manages in bio rezim.
As Ota Ševčík himself says, "The foundation of wine is in the vineyard", which is why he emphasizes individual care for individual bushes. All harvesting is done manually, fermentation occurs spontaneously and without added yeast. The wine is not impoverished by filtration or clarification. Simply wine according to our taste.
