Manon 2020 is a unique natural wine that comes from approximately 60-year-old vineyards located at an altitude of 400 m above sea level on soils rich in clay and limestone. This wine, dedicated to Yann's daughter Manon, surprises with its fragility, elegance and finesse. It is a truly exceptional experience, but at the same time it hides a slightly complex character - just like the story this wine tells.
Unlike the classic "big" Chardonnays from Burgundy, Manon is lighter, but no less fascinating. Fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank and the wine was then aged for 24 months in oak barrels, which gave it complexity and depth.
Expect a delicate aroma of white flowers, soft citrus notes and a touch of minerality. The taste is fresh, harmonious and with a long finish. Perfect with seafood, light meals or as a standalone elegant companion for an evening.
Discover the beauty of Burgundy in every drop of this distinctive wine!

Yann Durieux - wine, dreadlocks, Burgundy. Something doesn't sit right with you? Natural wine shatters myths and Yann is proof of this. Just like his Aligoté Love and Pif! (Love or die!). Yann Durieux is a new generation winemaker who is making a huge name for himself in Burgundy! He has very strong opinions on how wine should be made and how vines should be grown.
Yann Durieux farms in a lesser-known part of Burgundy - Hautes Cotes de Nuits. But don't be fooled! Its neighbor is Domaine de la Romanee Conti. Yann's wines are very clean, delicate and elegant. Thanks to the great relationship we have with Yann, we got to the wine from Jean-Francois Ganevata. This dreadlocked madman introduced us together and the collaboration could begin.
