Mondeuse was semi-carbonically macerated for ten days, then added to Riesling, which was pressed directly. Then aged in oak, bottling took place in July 2022.

Maylis Bernard is behind the Zeroine winery from the small village of Rotalier in the French Jura region. Ohh, wait?! Yes, it's a project of the Ganevat family! The energetic Maylis is the wife of Jean-Francois Ganevat and his flair is more than evident in the wines - although he claims that he doesn't talk to his wife about it at all. :-)
