Zeroine - PiGa 2021
France | Jura | red
PiGa 2021 is a unique wine that combines the Pinot Noir and Gamay varieties. It is produced using natural methods, without added sulfur or chemical interventions. Thanks to gentle maceration and maturation in concrete, it acquires a distinctive, fresh and fruity taste with tones of red berries, a delicate spiciness and beautifully balanced acidity.

Maylis Bernard is behind the Zeroine winery from the small village of Rotalier in the French Jura region. Ohh, wait?! Yes, it's a project of the Ganevat family! The energetic Maylis is the wife of Jean-Francois Ganevat and his flair is more than evident in the wines - although he claims that he doesn't talk to his wife about it at all. :-)
