Hand-harvesting is followed by a direct-press, and the wine is then aged in barrel for two years. The wine is strongly mineral with notes of juicy white fruit, a beautiful balance between the energetic Riesling and its impressive balance of acidity and creaminess. The aroma is floral-exotic.

Maylis Bernard is behind the Zeroine winery from the small village of Rotalier in the French Jura region. Ohh, wait?! Yes, it's a project of the Ganevat family! The energetic Maylis is the wife of Jean-Francois Ganevat and his flair is more than evident in the wines - although he claims that he doesn't talk to his wife about it at all. :-)
