DIÓ combines the juiciness of Chardonnay with the lively acidity of Walnut Riesling. The result is a fresh natural white with notes of citrus, stone fruit and a soft creamy texture. Elegant, clean and perfectly balanced. The wine is created by spontaneous fermentation from biodynamically grown grapes and without unnecessary cellar interventions. A natural style that lets the vineyard speak.

A family winery with a 500-year history. Marie and Alexander started in 2011 when they took over the vineyards from their parents and went straight to the natural regime. (Until then, the parents had rather resold the grapes to other winemakers).
They do everything themselves. They try to involve as few machines as possible in every step of the process. They farm 6 hectares of vineyards. Alex works in the vineyard and Marie takes care of the business.
The wines are completely free of anything extra, nature itself. Very energetic, spontaneous wines. Exactly the way we like them :)
