White Wine
White wine is not necessarily made from only white grapes. Blue grapes can also be used. The point is that the winemaker does not work with the dyes contained in the grape skins. The grapes are "only" pressed and there is no further contact with the skins.
A special discipline of white wines are yellow wines typical of the French region Jura - wines Vin Jaune, which are aged for at least 6 years in a barrel.
Regardless of the color of the grapes or wine, natural winemakers are primarily concerned with the absolute exclusion or complete minimization of external chemical interventions both in the vineyard and when working with wine in the cellar.
