This talented winemaker took over his grandparents' family winery in Miroudots in 2016 and with a love of nature, he manages 3 hectares of vineyards, 28 hectares of natural meadows and an orchard. All agricultural activities are carried out with an emphasis on ecological methods in an unspoilt environment.

Les Miroudots vineyards are extremely diverse, including 9 grape varieties, 4 of which are disease-resistant, ensuring sustainability and quality of production. This unique combination of tradition, innovation and respect for nature gives rise to authentic wines that perfectly reflect the character of the Noroy-le-Bourg region.
