Mineral Chardonnay from one of Petr Koráb's most interesting routes. The Malá Hora vineyard with its chalky-sandy subsoil gives the wine a distinct salinity, energy and precise structure that beautifully underlines the pure character of the variety. In the aroma you will find citrus, white fruit, delicate creaminess and a light touch of herbs. The taste is dry, elegant and perfectly balanced - built on distinct minerality, fresh acidity and a long, slightly salty finish. The wine was created by spontaneous fermentation with minimal intervention, which makes it lively, authentic and very terroir-like. A Chardonnay that does not focus on heaviness or overripeness, but on purity, drinkability and the character of the place. Great with fish, seafood, creamy sauces or just in a large glass.
