France is still the most important wine-producing country in the world. However, few people know that France is also home to winemakers who were at the birth of natural wines and have become an inspiration for many winemakers around the world, returning to their roots and growing vines without the use of chemicals. The Jura region is no exception - most winemakers here do not produce natural, authentic or organic wines. For local winemakers, natural grape processing and cellar work is "normal" and they never thought they would do it any other way.
We have prepared an exclusive tasting for you, where we will taste white, red and sparkling wines from such people as Jean Francois Ganevat, Fabrice Dodane from Domaine de Saint Pierre, Philippe Bornard, Domaine des Marnes Blanches and others. That is, from winemakers who, with their hard work, exceptional skills and belief in themselves, have managed to gain a lot of fans around the world and have become an ornament to the wine lists of the most prestigious restaurants.
