Veltliner Grüner from the Dobrá Vinice vineyards near Znojmo and the Podyjí National Park. The wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels and even without maceration has a surprisingly rich color. The aroma is distinctly mineral with a fruity-floral line. The taste returns with the minerality typical of the local stony-sandy soils with a significant proportion of quartz, complemented by nutty tones and fresh, gentle acidity. Natural, dry and nicely structured white.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
