Morillon, the Styrian name for Chardonnay. This is typical of the terroir, the marl subsoil is noticeable. The wine is elegant with a pleasant minerality, matured for a year in a used oak barrel. Tones of green mango, soft caramel, stone fruit.

Maria and Sepp Muster took over their parents' 10-hectare winery in Styria in 2000 and began growing vines biodynamically. The process of obtaining the biodynamic Demeter certificate was not that complicated for them, because their parents also pioneered the philosophy of no chemicals.
The steep hills of their vineyards are dominated by opok subsoil, after which their wines - the Vom Opok series - are also named. The Graf wines also have a stony subsoil, but are located on steeper slopes facing south. The Graf wines have lower yields and are much more structured and mineral in character. They also produce orange wines - Gräfin and Erde. Sepp's wines excel in typical Styrian acidity.
