The work they do at Domaine Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot, in a way, is the sum of all this. Exceptional terroirs such as Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon. All 35 hectares of vineyards are cultivated in a biodynamic regime (Demeter certification) to allow life to the soils, to keep the vineyards untouched by chemical products, to allow natural fermentation. The way they work at the Domaine requires a lot of effort from their team. 15 people work full-time all year round, with the support of several students in the summer and 50 more pickers in September.
