Since the Middle Ages, Dolní Kounice has been a famous and exceptional place for growing grapes, it is a great terroir. However, the slopes covered with vineyards hide their greatest charm, they do not show everything at first glance. And just as in the case of Dolní Kounice wines, it is necessary to stop for a while, look below the surface and explore everything more thoroughly.

A great terroir, without human work, would be just an empty term. But a great terroir also means a great commitment. From the vineyard, Jiří Šebela wants grapes that carry as much terroir as possible, and in the cellar he treats them in such a way that the terroir is not suppressed in the wine or completely replaced by something else.
