Francois Saint-Lo
Francois Saint-Lo is a rising star in the world of natural wine - his first vintage in 2012 was quite a feat, making him a natural winemaker. After being apprenticed to Olivier Cousin, father of Baptiste Cousins, he managed to secure a magical place in the Anjou region on the Loire River. Thanks to a labyrinth of underground caves, an almost prehistoric cellar and an 18th-century wine press, Francois has managed to produce wines with a distinctive character.
