In 2005, the winery underwent a refresh, when they began to focus significantly on the terroir of the area. Currently, they manage around 8 hectares of 40-year-old vineyards. The Minière brothers have a great respect for nature, which is clearly reflected in their champagne, which perfectly reflects the terroir.
