První Prajzské cider is made from apple, pear or quince must. This must is naturally fermented, further settled and matured in bottles, where it gains its sparkle. No preservatives or artificial sweeteners are added to the cider.

Cider matured for more than a year is naturally dry, refreshing and always welcome on the table.

Tomáš Ritzka's goal is to continue to use local ingredients and create a product with added value from them. He also advocates for the restoration of surviving alleys and the preservation of the gene pool of local apple varieties. 

And why apple blossom? Simply because it is a flower... so the ancestors were the Kvítkovs.

The food industry is an attractive sector for me, a field of self-realization through the creation of new products. From the very beginning of the business, I knew that I wanted to make a clean product without chemicals, from natural and, if possible, local ingredients. The reason I ultimately decided on cider was the attractiveness of this drink and the availability of ingredients.
