Weingut von Winning is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in Germany. It was founded in 1849 and was revived as a family business in 2007 by Achim Niederberger, who brought in the exceptionally talented winemaker Stephan Attman.

The philosophy of Von Winning has historically relied on respectful cooperation with nature, without the use of herbicides or synthetic fertilizers in the vineyard, without fining or filtering.
