Alsace
Most consumers associate the Alsace region with Rieslings and residual sugar. Natural wines without sulfur and residual sugar do not go together. The wines must ferment dry so that sulfur does not have to be used.
There are very few natural wineries in Alsace, but it is all the more joyous to discover a winemaker in Alsace who does it differently!
