Champagne Fleury was founded in 1929 in Courteron in Aube - the southernmost part of the valley, where Pinot Noir is mainly grown. The winery is now run by the brothers Morgane, Jean Sèbastien and Benoit, who is considered an exceptional talent in all of Champagne. As a child, he dreamed of becoming an astronaut, but when he became acquainted with biodynamicagriculture, it was love at first sight. Champagne Fleury likes to experiment with new dosages or vintage blends.
