Dušan Škubák produces 4 types of wine - white, orange, red and red. In addition to wine, he likes to experiment with craft beers. His principle is to respect nature, traditions and climatic conditions. He grows grapes in a gentle way and the wines mature in an old Renaissance cellar. He interferes with the wine minimally, preferably not at all. Experience has taught him that nature does it best. 

The gentle slopes of the Little Carpathians, the southeast orientation, the granite subsoil and the mild climate zone are a well-balanced interplay of factors that give the wines from Sväta Jur their distinctive character.

 Dušan works as carefully as possible in the vineyard. He tries to maintain biodiversity and living soil, which is the basis of a healthy vineyard. He does not use chemical sprays and chemicals and at the same time minimizes agrotechnical interventions.

The no-intervention tactic continues in the cellar. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away. The wines ferment spontaneously. All wines from Hektár are macerated on the skins. Maturation takes place in oak and acacia barrels.

Instead of eternally fighting with nature, he tries to cooperate.
