Champagne Marguet was founded in 1905 in Ambonnay and since 2004 the winery has been under the thumb of the young Benoît Marguet. Benoît had a clear vision of what to do with 8 hectares of vineyards around Ambonnay and Bouza and how to treat them. Now all the practices in the winery are clearly given by the biodynamic certification Demeter.
