Brand's website: Ruppert - LeroyBenedict Leroy's parents were originally sheep farmers in the village of Esssoyes in the Côte des Bars - Aube. In 1980, they decided to cut down the sheep and convert the pastures into vineyards. Step by step, they built a small winery that manages 4 hectares of vineyards. In 2009, Benedict's parents retired and he left his job as a gym instructor to devote himself to winemaking. Since then, he has applied biodynamic principles both in the vineyards and in the cellar. He produces the most natural form of Champagne possible. Each Champagne is from the same vintage, the same plot and always without dosage.
