Valérie Frison cultivates 6 hectares of vineyards in Ville sur Arce, which is located in the Côtes des Bar. Champagne Val Frison was officially founded in 2012, when it took over the existing Dermane-Frison winery. The vast majority of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir, the rest with Chardonnay. Val respects the terroir of the Champagne region and is based on a natural approach. After disgorging, no finishing liqueur is added. Pure natural.
