Casa Belfi

Casa Belfi is located in San Polo di Pieve (Veneto), in the province of Treviso. Founded in 1999, the winery is today an established company that covers 10 hectares of vineyards between San Polo and Romanziol di Noventa del Piave, soils of gravel origin, rich in sand and silt. The key to understanding their wines are the particularly low yields per plant and the minimal intervention work in the cellar. Maurizio Donadi, with the help of his wife Fabiola, carries out continuous research aimed at respecting and improving the production of the vineyard and experimenting with various biological and biodynamic methods aimed at having a healthy soil. The total exclusion of pesticides and chemical herbicides in an attempt to support the rhythms and needs of nature.  The wines show a commendable stylistic maturity that combines intensity, vital energy and expressive naturalness.
