Domaine Saint-Cyr
Raphaël Saint-Cyr took over the winery from his father Thierry, which consists of 23 hectares of vineyards in the Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon and Moulin-a-Vent regions.
These Beaujolais vineyards have been cultivated organically since 2008 using biodynamic methods. The estate is managed with the utmost respect for the soil, plants and wildlife, which is the guiding principle of all work in the vineyard. In the cellar, we continue this approach through natural vinification without additives. This great respect for the terroir allows us to produce authentic Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon, Moulin-a-Vent and other wines.
