Charles Dufour is a new generation of winemakers. In 2006, he began producing high-quality champagnes. Over time, he decided to switch to organic farming. He completed this transformation in 2010. All of Charles' grapes are now certified. Dufour's purist choice is not limited only to the chemistry in the vineyard, but also to the work in the cellar.
